Cancellation Policy for Retreat:  Prayer As A Journey Through States of Consciousness

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. To ensure fairness and clarity, please review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellations & Refunds:

   •   Until May 16, 2025: Full refund minus a processing fee of $50.

   •   May 17 - May 31, 2025: 50% refund

   •   June 1 - June 17, 2025 : No refunds or credits available.

Transfers:

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant at no additional cost. Please notify us at least 10 days before the retreat.

Retreat Cancellation by Organizer:

If the retreat is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, low enrollment), participants will receive a full refund.
